Kalama

    Kalamu is a hybrid variety of water  dragon (dont have a species name yet, FOR EITHER OF THEM).
    Her mother's species is based (kinda) off a betta, otter, and sea turtle (mostly in parenting skills). They are able to create a type of mini water current around themelves to icrease their speed. and they will leave their eggs on an uninhabited (by their own species) island. They then return to their own island (in case it isn't clear (which I worry it's not) they live in coastal/ ocean areas).
    Her father, meanwhile, is based off crocdilia (the entire order itself), and sharks (yep!). They have a pouch for storing water which they use to drown pey or drown/drive off intruders, as well as gills made specficly. They are loners who usually only meet up with others of their kind for mating purposes.  Their habitats are more estuaries/brackish type places. (her parents had a sorta chance-type meeting)
    Kalama herself is very determined, and will stop at nothing to get what what she's after (that is until something more interesting comes along). basically she has a one track mind,  that otfen changes lanes. Her first instinct when seeing new things can be surmised as "mabye its edible!". seeing as how she usually goes on her first instinct, yet is about as large/ slightly larger than an otter yet not nearly as strong, things dont really escalade. shes also very defensive over those she cares about and will (at least try to) attack anyone who threatens/attack them (there is one exception but I'm getting to him). she's very cheerful and upbeat normally.
   On the island itself, theres also a tamarin (currently) and jaguar, whom she treats as her babies, and an older dragon, who treats her as his (grand?)child.
    also her scales are Irredescent, and has a second pair of gills(?) used solely for sucking in water, also can shoot water out of her mouth.
